Event Makeup is different! Abbie is experienced in designing a look for any fashion show or event, that takes into account if the make up will be seen up close or on the catwalk, made for video or for a face to face showcase in real life, what the lighting will be, and how the models will be moving.

From extreme drama to sublime subtlety, Abbie can create a bespoke look and if required, will organise a team of makeup artists to work on a cohesive look. Her experience at NZ Fashion Week year after year means she is highly experienced at creating a makeup look, working under pressure to a very high level, and can source and organise a makeup artist team to deliver event makeup for a team of models.

Abbie was a Key Makeup Artist for New Zealand Fashion Week from 2010 - 2019 designing looks for Fashion Designers and coordinating teams of Makeup Artists for fashion shows, and is currently part of the L’Oreal Events Team.
